Product Introduction
This product is a high-performance, high safety, and environmentally friendly dry-type transformer independently developed by our company with reference to German MORM technology. It is suitable for harsh environments with high fire protection requirements, large load fluctuations, and pollution and humidity. Like: Airports, power plants, metallurgical operations, hospitals, high-rise buildings, shopping centers, densely populated residential areas, as well as special environments such as petrochemicals, nuclear power plants, and nuclear submarines.

Performance characteristics:
1. Good heat dissipation conditions, long lifespan, and extremely strong overload capacity. Under 120% long-term overload and IP45 conditions, without forced air cooling, it can operate at full load for a long time.
2. Extremely high safety and flame retardant performance, no smoke is produced during long-term combustion at 800 °C.
3. Extremely strong resistance to thermal shock (can be immediately loaded at -50 °C).
4. 100% waterproof sealing, excellent waterproof and moisture-proof properties.
5. The unique coil structure and strong field calculation make the product almost free of partial discharge.
6. Low loss and significant energy-saving effect.
7. After the service life, insulation materials and copper wires can be easily separated and recycled without polluting the environment.

Structural characteristics:
· Unique ceramic insulation structure, using H-grade high-strength insulation medium and high-frequency ceramic pads, never deforming.
· High and low voltage coils are wrapped in NOMEX paper with flat copper wire and imported copper, and subjected to VPI vacuum.
