Core Construction & Technical Design

The transformer features a robust three-phase structure with a high-quality core manufactured from cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, assembled with a fully inclined lap joint design. This advanced construction minimizes no-load loss, magnetizing current, and operational noise, ensuring optimal energy efficiency. The high-voltage and low-voltage windings are cast in flame-retardant epoxy resin under vacuum conditions, creating a uniform, void-free insulation layer that delivers exceptional mechanical strength, resistance to short-circuit forces, and protection against moisture, dust, and chemical corrosion.
